Coconut PB Cocoa Cups

Chocolate is a part of my lifestyle - I'll admit that - but I'm not going to say if that's good or bad! Either way, moderation in all things but love, right? Here's a bite-size snack to satisfy any sweet tooth and leave you staying satisfied after just one bite (or maybe two)!

Here's how I made it:

(I went all Rachael Ray and estimated measuring all my ingredients - this is closest to the recipe pictured)

*(Makes 6 small cups; adjust recipe as needed to make more)

Mix together in bowl:

- 1/4 cup Justin's Honey Peanut Butter

- 1 TB Coconut Oil

- 1 TB Hershey's natural unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 TB Honey (I used Pure Heaven)

*(Optional: 1/2 TB mini chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life))

-Scoop mixture in small baking cups and tap on a flat surface to flatten out.

- Sprinkle sea salt on top

- Place in freezer for a few minutes (I could only wait 10 mins to try them!) or let set overnight.

There are so many different variations to take on with these coconut peanut butter cocoa cups, but here's one! Enjoy!
