Chocolate "Donut" Bites (w/ coconut flour)

I was really in the mood for some gf chocolate donuts last night, but somehow they turned into mini cupcakes instead.. Totally okay with that!

Anyway, I found an awesome recipe online (detoxinista.com) that is so much healthier than other chocolate donut/cupcake recipes out there:

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1/4 cup cocoa powder (I used cacao powder)

- 1/8 tsp sea salt

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 3 eggs

- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

- 1 TB vanilla extract

Pipe batter into donut or cupcake/muffin pan for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees. (P.S. All that shine is from the coconut oil.) I ate some for breakfast w/ no shame. Try 'em out!
