Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Bowl

Snackin' on apples today - what's new?
To make this, all you have to do is:
- cut up 1/2 an apple into small chunks
- coat in a mixture of 1 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar) and about 2 tsp cinnamon.
- melt butter (or ghee) in a small pan, add the cinnamon-ed apples and heat until desired texture (soft or crisp - personally, I like a little in between).
- add the same cinnamon-sugar mixture to 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, and cut up the other half of the apple to eat on the side.
I also poured a tiny amount of almond milk over the top to marry the flavors and create a softer texture.
Put it all together and you've got a healthy, nutritious, and delicious quinoa apple bowl - Perfect for any time of the day!
