Banza (Chickpea Pasta) Mac 'n Cheese

One of the top 10 comfort foods: Mac 'n cheese!

Ditch the Kraft & opt for a more nutritious version using Banza noodles made from chickpeas! (You'd never know!) I ecstatically found mine at Target.

After I cooked the shells, I added my desired amount of mozzarella and cheddar with a little splash of unsweetened almond milk and a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Definitely a "healthier" alternative to regular mac 'n cheese!

Pro tip: add your greens below the pasta & squeeze on some lime juice and taco seasoning! Unusual combo? Maybe. Tasty? Yes!

All in all, love this pasta!
