My FAV: Strawberry Orange Kale Smoothie

I cannot begin to describe my love for this smoothie. I consider this healthy drink a form of dessert that you can have with breakfast, lunch, or dinner (and snacks), and heck, it's GREEN!!

It'd be a shame if I didn't share my ultimate favorite smoothie with you, so here you go:

Strawberry Orange Kale Smoothie

(Blended in Nutribullet)

- 1 big leaf of kale

- 3-4 strawberries

- 1/2 orange

- almond milk for desired consistency (about 2/3 cup)

- 1 TB honey

- ice

I absolutely love the sweetness of this smoothie as well as the nutrients packed within it. You're getting in some fruit and veggie servings, satisfying your sweet tooth, AND thanking your taste buds all in a drink that costs less than a cup of coffee and leaves you feeling more energized throughout the day.
