Pesto Veggie Flatbread Pizza (w/ Mozzarella)

This is so good I could cry.
But for real this is the simplest flatbread pizza to make, and is a waaay healthier alternative than some other ones out there.
Want to try this? (You should!)
- 1 glutenfreeda gf artisan flatbread
- baste and cover with pesto and butter, melted
- layer on mozzarella cheese in crumbles
- break up 1/2 kale leaf, stem removed
- cut 1/2 red bell pepper
- crumble cauliflower on top
- top with a few more crumbles of mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and dried basil (or fresh if you want)
- drizzle with olive oil.
Place in oven at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
