Simple As That: Berries!

Who knew simplicity could be so divine? Berries are packed with tremendous health benefits and are so simple to prepare (seriously, you just wash them!).
Here I combined strawberries and blueberries for a healthy little snack. Some of many advantages of consuming strawberries in your regular diet are that they are packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and also help boost immunity. Blueberries are great to help manage diabetes, prevent cancer, and improve mental health such as preventing the risk of Parkinson's Disease.
With so many health benefits (including many not mentioned), what's not to love about this "simply fruitful" parfait? Plus, they'll give you that feel-good feeling and they're absolutely delicious!!
