Crazy Richard's Nut Butter Sampler Pack Review

Note: I will review each product as I open and use them for a fair review and to preserve freshness.

Oh happy day! My Crazy Richard's order came in the mail and I was literally jumping for joy with so much excitement! Of course, I had to get to taste testing right away... after the photo op. that is. So far, I am very impressed with Crazy Richard's products! What am I most impressed about you ask? Their peanut butter is made with only one ingredient: peanuts!! Now that's how PB should be.

Creamy PB (16oz. & single serve): This is the very first CR product I have ever tried and will review. The consistency is smooth - so smooth, in fact, that I can't believe it's made with only peanuts! Regarding the texture, I didn't expect it to be so "stick-to-your-mouth" when you eat it when I tried some directly from the spoon and also on a banana slice. Overall, I am very impressed with this creamy PB given that it's all natural, but it does lack a little sweetness (that could just be my sweet tooth talking though)! I recommend CR's Creamy PB 9/10.

Update: I am now used to the new flavor of this peanut butter & have grown more accustomed to it. Still 9/10.

Crunchy PB (16oz.): LOVE this crunchy PB! I am usually a creamy PB type of person, but the consistency of Crazy Richard's is amazing! It is in between runny and smooth, but it really is a great combo. It also has chopped peanuts within it (to make it crunchy, duh). The texture has less of a "stick-to-your-mouth" feeling which is great, and the flavor is a tad bit better than the creamy PB (IMO), though they both taste very similar. I recommend CR's Crunchy PB 10/10.

Almond Butter (8oz.): This is by far my favorite of the sampler pack! I might be biased as almonds are my favorite type of nut, but the consistency is also very smooth and doesn't really stick to your mouth as much as the others do. It pairs very well with my apple cookies (recipe in other blog post)! I recommend CR's Almond Butter 11/10 - definitely buying again!

Cashew Butter (8oz.): I'm not a huge cashew person, but I do enjoy them once in a while. The consistency of this nut butter was thicker, but still smooth. The texture sticks to your mouth a little, but not too much. The flavor is pretty good overall and has a little bit of a sweetness since it is made with cashews and sunflower oil. I recommend CR's Cashew Butter 8/10.
