Healthy Snack: Green Smoothie + Apple Cookie

Wow what a beautiful morning here in Oregon!

Keep on reading if you want to find out how I made this yummy green smoothie using the Nutribullet! I made this with the limited amount of produce we had chillin' in the fridge (grocery shopping is a must today!), but it serves s proof that you don't need much to make a smoothie and can throw in some odds n' ends to get your desired result!

Green smoothie: - 1 kale leaf (TIP: if we don't have enough kale, I'll add spinach or lettuce)

- 1/2 Fugi apple

- 5 baby carrots (or 1 whole carrot)

- squirt of lemon juice

- water filled to max line

Totally random ingredients, but totally refreshing!

With the other half of the apple, I made an "apple cookie" with:

- 1/2 Fugi apple

- Crazy Richard's almond nut butter

- Granola

- Mini choco chips (*optional)

If you're lucky, serve with a side of snow!

It's possible that once you make these, you'll become just as obsessed as I am!
