Had to share Sara Lynn Cauchon's (The Domestic Geek) Orange Chicken Stir Fry! It's seriously so. good. We didn't have sugar snap peas at the time we made this on #NationalGlutenFreeDay which would have been nice, but it was still excellent! You can find the "how to" recipe on The Domestic Geek's YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Et2NzzoMp5I

Also, food cred to my Mom, Diane!

Orange Chicken Stir Fry 1 large orange, zested and juiced 1 clove garlic, minced 1⁄2 tsp ginger, grated 3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1” cubes 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced 2 cups snap peas, strings removed In a small bowl combine orange juice, orange zest, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey and cornstarch. Whisk well. In a large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring often, for between 4-6 minutes or until it’s no longer pink. Add bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. Add orange sauce and snap peas and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce is thickened and the peas are tender crisp. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
