The TRUE Apple Cookie

ALERT: Simple dessert snack! This apple cookie satisfies any sweet tooth and there's almost no guilt to it!

Here's how I made it:

- 1/2 Fugi apple

- Slather in Crazy Richard's peanut or almond butter (any of their nut butters, just make sure it's extra smooth to get the dripping effect as shown in the pic)

- Top with 1/2 (or a whole) 4-ingredient PB cookie in my other blog post

Simple as that!
